Phosphors Copper Silver Brazing Alloys
Product Description
Sunraj Industries exports Phos-Copper-Silver Brazing Alloys which have good wettability, higher strength and toughness of brazing seam and lower meltingpoint. The heating speed should be as quick as possible while brazing. The joint is bright grey and will return to the original colour of bronze while dipped into 10% sulphuric Acid.
Main Features:
- Solidus curve is lower than Cu-P brazing alloys, better wettability, strength and toughness.
- Easy flow, good solderability and plastic nature, better strength.
- Good strength along with increase in Ag.

Product Description
Sunraj Industries exports Silver Copper Zinc Brazing Alloys which provide perfect performance with low melting point, extensive flow properties and creating strong, ductile, rustresistant joints of excellent conductivity. Suitable for joining all non-ferrous metals and ferrous metals except Aluminium and Magnesium. Flux is needed for Brazing except for in protective atmosphere of vacuum brazing. The addition of Zinc/Tin can help as temperature depressant and reduce cost of filler metal. Nickel can improve the heat-resisting, rust-resisting and wetting properties of the alloy.
